Fees & Policies
Payment: Your Deposit will be used to hold any date and as a Damage deposit. This money will be refunded upon evaluation of the facilities following the event. Deposit is non refundable with any cancellations.
Payment: Contract. Balance due 72 hours prior to event.
Check- Payment in full due two weeks prior to event.
Credit Card– Half of estimated charges due upon signing of Contract. Balance due charged to credit card 72 hours prior to event.Visa, Mastercard, and American Express)
Guarantee An exact count of guest is due 14 days prior to the event.
Policy: If we do not receive an updated count, the last number given will serve as your guaranteed count. You will be charged for this minimum number plus any additions.
Times: The rental fee allows you to use Bocage for 3 hours. If the starting time for the event/reception/ceremony is delayed, the ending time will remain the same. Therefore, delays will not alter the ending time.
Security:
- Security guards will be supplied at the appropriate rate per off duty police officers according to need determined by Bocage Plantation.
- Bocage Plantation is not responsible for lost or broken items brought for the event.
- Functions with 100 or more guests are required to give a two weeks cancellation notice prior to the event.
Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE IF CANCELED.
Pricing: All functions are forthree hours and there will be an additional fee for an
additional hour.

There will be no food or drink inside the Mansion. There is no cooking allowed inside the mansion. No open flames at all are allowed inside. This includes candles and Sterno heaters for food. Bocage is a no smoking facility. Persons may smoke in a designated area only. The Fire Marshal has issued strict regulations regarding the Mansion. We have no discretion.
Parties will use caterers and other professions approved in Bocage Plantation’s sole discretion. Caterers and party planners shall have the required liability insurance naming Bocage plantation as an additional loss payee… Port-a-potties and tents will be required for outdoor events unless otherwise designated by the managing owner of Bocage Plantation in writing.
